We have been working with Spread the Mustard to help pitch article ideas to foodservice and food manufacturing magazines in an effort to promote mustard and encourage larger volume users to buy our Canadian mustard.

Our efforts recently paid off with mustard mention as an important ingredient in making vinaigrettes in the CAFE: Center for the Advancement of Foodservice Educators magazine that goes to Chef Cooking School instructors  and students across the US and Canada.
