This is exciting! A book we had a part in has won a best in the world award in the Mexican health and nutrition category at the Gourmand Awards 2019 in Macau, China.
The book was published by Larousse books. It showcases healthy recipes with canola oil as one of the featured ingredients. The recipes were developed by our favourite Mexican Chef Guadalupe García de León (Gpe GL). As part of the team we helped test the recipes and did the nutritional analysis.
